Holly is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She is also a Certified Career Coach trained in Clifton Strengths, as well as a Reiki Master. She has worked in community counseling, training, career counseling, education, coaching and development.

Holly has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, groups and couples with issues regarding anxiety, depression, stress management, transitions, grief/loss, co-dependency, relationships, understanding family dynamics and more. She has a special focus on divorce/separation, infertility, miscarriage, and post-partum depression.

Holly utilizes Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapies based on the individual needs of the client. She provides a calming, warm, collaborative, environment helping clients focus on utilizing their strengths and overcoming obstacles by providing tools that they can incorporate into their everyday lives. She will genuinely listen and tailor an individualized plan to meet each client’s goals. She believes that when our needs are met, we can live our best lives.
